Did San Antonio hold ever hold something against Ozzy Osbourne after that thing he did to the Alamo?

You know, 1982, the Alamo incident, when Ozzy urinated on the Alamo in his wife's dress and got arrested...did San Antonio ever have anything against him? And do they still have anything against him (yeah, a city's a city, and Ozzy's...Ozzy, but still, this is the Alamo we're talking about)? I'm a San Antonio resident, but I wasn't born till 8 years later.
