Under the law who is qualified to prepare, sign and sealed architectural doents?
The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) filed a court case to the Court of Appeal versus Dept of Public Works and Highway (DPWH), regarding the preparation, signing and sealing of Architectural doents. Under the law who is qualified to prepare, sign and sealed architectural doents? not civil/structural doents.
