Where can I take intermediate Photography cles in the San Francisco Bay Area?

I am a graphic designer and took a basic photography cl in school. After that I am going at it on my own but there is so much more to learn like lighting, pro gear, other formats, studio work, working with models, compositions and knowing the aesthetics of a what is considered a great shot. Most colleges and universities only offer introductory cles or entire programs that require a formal application. I just want to find an open enrollment sort of deal short of actual apprenticeships. And although I should just go out there and just shoot, my work is offering to pay for my job-related cles... Photoshop and Flash cles are so boring.
