Should I move in with my boyfriend?

I am suppose to be moving in with my boyfriend next month and I am having second thoughts, he is asking me to pay twice as much as I do now and I dont earn much, he makes 3 times what I do, I have tried talking to him but he just patronizes me say I have to accept it, I don't know how to get out of it, I feel bad as he has spent money on a bedroom furniture for when I move in, I just don't want to be broke by moving in.
