Im confused about my friend?

I myself have about to hve my 10th bowel op and im pretty sure if she had holes in her colon she'd be very ill, and catch peritioitis, its impossible for them to be actual holes as her bowels wouldnt contract properly...i think shes telling porkies and should look up conditions that real people like me have as its no joking matter.
