Is this moral Cartels use kids to breach U.S. border?

how low someone will go for a buck. grown ups are capable of anything. the store where i work, parents get their kids to be look outs and to help steal. i don't see how anyone would want to teach their child illegal ways. those kids should be place in children services and made US citizens with no attachment to their birth country's. they should be placed in good homes where the child will be taught right. this way they will think twice about sending a kid to do that.
