Please give Living Room decorating advice =)?

I would either paint the walls, or get a different couch. It just seems too much of one color. But, if you like both the couch and the walls being the same color (or, that's how it looks in the picture), make sure to have some paintings, a vibrant, but not cluttered or busy rug, and I'd paint that light. I love that kind of light, but to make it stand out, give it a coat of paint that will contrast...not black, though. Maybe a light blue or green, depending on what other colors you use. Of course, silver would look nice, too.
