My dog keeps peeing in the same place!?

Try neutralizing the odor. If he is going to the same spot everytime it is because it contains his pee smell. Even steam cleaning won't remove it. Either pick up a pet odor neutralizer at the store or pour white vinegar on the spot, lay a towel over it with something heavy on top of that to soak it all up. Leave it there overnight. It will take out all traces of the pee and he won't go back.
