How much is the shipping on a pair of toms?

I live in the U.S. (Ohio) and i want to get a pair of TOM'S but i don't know how much the shipping is unless i give my credit card number, seeing as i have to use my grandma's credit card and that she is very stingy, i can't use it till i know the TOTAL cost, if you know that would be just great(: thanks
