Should Auburn University claim 2004 as a National Championship?

Auburn truly was cheated out of the title game that year. But OU has just as much reason to argue for the title as Auburn. Who knows, they couldve won the NC game if it werent for USC's scandal. IMO, Auburn deserves to be #1 because I think they were a better team than OU that year, but they wont get the title.
