Maybe a miscarriage, tubular infection- pregnancy test came back negative a month in a half ago?

I started having abdominal pains, like sharp killing ones that didn't feel anything like cramps, and they would come every night, and was not able to have since the pain was so bad, I also had painful!! lower back pains, I also had got my period a week and a bit early, and it would be hard for me to change spots at night, couldn't sleep on my tummy and hadn't got lots of rest during the night. got sick to my tum a bit but not enough for the need to puke.. I later went to my doc, where she felt for ten seconds and told me i had a tubular infection. and gave me meds to take for a week. I took them but Nothings changed there not as bad but there still there all the time. i went onto the tramp and i had to get off within five min of being on there since my lower abdominal hurt so bad. me and my husband started looking around the internet since its still pain Fulbright and after . We think I may have gotten a y, or a septic miscarriage since the symptoms came back as what i have = infection in uterus, abdominal pain, l bleeding (at the start not anymore) l discharge, which can be thick. and i drink lots of coffee whichelikelyly, but when i went to the doctor a month and a bit ago the pregnancy result came back negative. and I've had a normal period since than... I don't think my doc knows what shes talking about!!!!
