Transferring from a community college to a 4 year univeristy?

I am a senior and i was extremely lazy during my freshmen through junior year and didn't make the best grades so i was wondering if i kept my up this year to what i am capable of and make A's and B's if i could get by with only going to a community college for a semester and then transferring in to a 4 year university such as ECU or Appalachian?
