Should I Remove Compaq Diagnostics from Control Panel?

I tried installing Windows XP Proffesional but it said to reinstall Compaq Diagnostics. Since I didn't find any other files that uninstall this (exept Add/Remove Programs,) I refered to removing it. Does anybody know how?
