Familiarity with Dr. Shen's?

Hi guys, this question is directed to anyone with experience with Dr. Shen's products. I see that the three of his products "Gan Mao Ling," "Yin Chiao," and "Zong Gan Ling" are really helpful based on the huge amount of recommendations but I don't know if it's safe or effective to use all three at once.
