Attacked during U.S. Government PowerPoint regarding anti-John McCain-Palin?

In U.S. Government cl, we were supposed to make a propaganda PowerPoint regarding the 2008 election. I decided to make a pro-Obama one that I twisted to be a sarcastic pro-McCain one and my clmates (but not the teacher) started yelling and attacking me when my closing slide's background was "McSame- '08". The people who had gone before me had anti-Obama PPs on how he's a Islamic terrorist and how the Presidency is safer in the hands of an old white man and nobody (including me) badgered them!
