The All New AT&T Yahoo? ?

All of this may as well be written in Alien. Am I suppose to change everything? I've had SBC. Now I can't access my New AT&T Support Tool, eventhough I have down loaded it, I cannot connect to it. Yes, I have gone to the help site many times. I just don't get it. Please Help.
